This page explains the general shipping, return, and exchange approach for sixdan phone cases. Final carrier options and delivery estimates may be updated before full checkout launch.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation when real checkout is enabled. Processing times may vary depending on stock status, order volume, holidays, address verification, and product availability.

Shipping

  • Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when live payment and shipping are connected.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available from the carrier.
  • Delivery may be delayed by customs checks, weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

International Orders

For cross-border orders, local taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are controlled by local authorities and may not be included in the product price.

Return Window

For standard, unused phone cases purchased online, you may contact us within 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Products should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

  • Used, damaged, stained, modified, or heavily worn items.
  • Custom, personalized, final-sale, or clearance items unless defective.
  • Products returned without enough order information or support approval.
  • Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, refund review, or another appropriate solution.
