How can I change the crystal color?
You can pick any stone color from our color chart. After finishing payment, please send us a message with the color number you want, and we will customize the stone color for your case.
Is custom color free? Any extra cost?
Crystal color customization is totally free, with no extra charge. Just leave us your color number message after checkout. If you do not leave us a message, we will make it as shown in the product photos.
How long to ship my order?
This is a handmade bling case. We need 3-5 working days to produce it after your payment. We use strong adhesive to stick it together, and we can only ship it after the adhesive is completely dry. Shipping time depends on your local logistics. It usually arrives in your country within about 1 week and is delivered within 7-15 working days.
Can you send it out quickly?
All cases are handmade to order, so we cannot finish production in one day. We will arrange your goods as soon as we finish making them. Please wait patiently.

I received the case with missing stones or broken crystals. What should I do?
