These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of sixdan.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Products and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model, color, style, and package option. Product photos may illustrate a style or color; camera, port, button, and speaker openings are prepared for the selected model where required.

We try to present product descriptions and colors accurately. Screens, lighting, materials, and manufacturing batches can cause minor differences.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. sixdan currently accepts PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal, and sixdan does not store complete card details. An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation.

We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the shipping destination cannot be served.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included in displayed product prices for destinations supported at checkout. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product preparation, carriers, customs, weather, or local postal services. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

30-Day Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused standard products may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Shipping & 30-Day Returns policy. The customer pays approved change-of-mind return shipping. For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, sixdan will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable approved replacement or return shipping costs.

Personalized, custom-made, used, customer-damaged, and final-sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Phone cases reduce certain everyday risks but cannot guarantee that a device will not be damaged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, sixdan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
