How do I choose the right phone case?
Choose the exact phone model shown in your phone settings. Similar names can still have different camera sizes, button positions, or body dimensions.
Will an iPhone 17 Pro case fit an iPhone 17 Pro Max?
No. Pro, Pro Max, standard, Air, and e models usually require different case sizes. Please select the exact model category before checkout.
Are clear cases completely anti-yellowing?
Clear materials may discolor over time because of sunlight, heat, skin oils, and daily use. Anti-yellowing designs can slow this process but cannot prevent all wear forever.
Orders
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at orders@sixdan.com. If the order has not entered processing or shipping, we will try to help update it.
What should I include when contacting support?
Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, phone model, product name, and photos if the issue is related to fit, damage, or an incorrect item.
Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
Shipping rules are being finalized before the full launch. Once real checkout is enabled, order processing and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or in your order email.
Can I return a phone case?
Unused standard products may be eligible for return or exchange within the policy window. Custom, damaged-by-use, or final-sale items may not be eligible unless defective.
What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and help with replacement, exchange, or another reasonable solution.

How should I clean my phone case?
Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, high heat, abrasive cleaners, and long direct sun exposure.
