Welcome to sixdan. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of phone cases, protective covers, and related mobile accessories from our store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n

1. Store Use<\/h2>\n

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with website operation, security, or other customers. You may not misuse product pages, checkout, coupons, reviews, accounts, or support channels.<\/p>\n

2. Product Information<\/h2>\n

We try to display product names, compatible phone models, colors, materials, features, prices, and images accurately. Because screens and lighting vary, actual product colors may differ slightly from website images. Please check the phone model carefully before ordering.<\/p>\n

3. Orders and Acceptance<\/h2>\n

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not always mean the order has been finally accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the address appears invalid, fraud risk is detected, or there is an obvious pricing or product information error.<\/p>\n

For standard, unused phone cases purchased online, you may contact us within 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Returned products should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible.<\/p>\n

Custom, personalized, final-sale, opened hygiene-sensitive items, or products damaged by misuse may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or local law provides otherwise. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us with photos and your order number as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

8. Warranty and Product Care<\/h2>\n

Our phone cases are designed for everyday protection, but no case can guarantee that a phone will never be damaged. Warranty coverage, when offered, applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, scratches, discoloration from use, accidental phone damage, misuse, improper installation, or modification.<\/p>\n

The sixdan name, website design, product text, images, graphics, and other website materials are owned by sixdan or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.<\/p>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixdan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, product misuse, or inability to use the website.
